Carinda’s CIT Series of LED tubes utilise state of the art

LED and driver technologies to produce industry

leading lighting performance and exceptional energy

efficiency that provides power savings of around 60%.

CIT Series Tubes produce lighting quality that equal old

fluorescents, with significant advantages like flicker-free

illumination, instant starting at 100% and vastly increased lamp life that reduces ongoing maintenance.

Retrofit most old T8 fluorescent tubes in seconds by

directly replacing the original tube and starter. CIT tubes are also NATA safety tested and certified for

direct connection to mains power when used in

modified, rewired and new luminaires.

Innovative rotating end caps allow the tube to be aimed, and

provide easy adjustment for

angled lampholders. The latch securely locks the final position.

Engineered for maximum product safety:

Impact resistant and shatterproof polycarbonate diffuser and end caps.

Fully insulated, with no safety risk from exposed metal parts as used in other LED tube products.

Internally fused, surge protected and supplied with Standards-compliant fused starter replacement.

Diffuser, End Caps and PCB manufactured from UL94 Listed Class V-0 Self-Extinguishing materials.

NATA tested and fully compliant with the new Australian safety standard AS/NZS 60598.2.1:2014.

Carinda’s CIT Series tubes provide exceptional lighting performance and efficiency. The latest technology LED chips and highly innovative driver technology results in significant performance gains over conventional products. The unique body structure and LEDs provide much wider beam angles (Frosted 165°, Clear 120°) than are typical for LED tubes.

INTEGRATED LED DRIVER

The CIT Series LED Driver features numerous technical innovations, including:

Wide operating voltage range (100-250V AC).

Constant power consumption virtually unaffected by changes in mains voltage, which improves audit and M&V repeatability.

Integration of driver components into the ends of the LED tube, providing significantly lower operating temperatures for both LED modules and Driver.

Instant starting to 100% brightness.

Stable LED operation, with constant current unaffected by mains voltage fluctuations.

Power factor Correction (PFC) is performed by Integrated Circuit, eliminating unreliable and bulky PCF capacitors and associated power losses.

Exceptionally high driver efficiency (up to 95%).

BENCHMARK RANGE - “HE” high efficiency

The CIT Series is the new benchmark in LED Tube performance. Total system efficacy (including driver) of up to 125 lm/W (Clear) and 110 lm/W (Frosted). Uses up to 20% less power to provide equivalent illumination levels to opposition LED Tube products. Internal components operate at lower temperatures, resulting in improved lumen maintenance.

PERFORMER RANGE - “HO” high output

Where additional lighting levels are required, Carinda provides 2 foot and 4 foot CIT Series in high output configuration. Total system efficacy (including driver) is up to 115 lm/W, providing market leading light output levels.

Reduced wattage models (eg: 14W 4 foot) can offer even higher efficiency levels (> 130 lm/W).
