The Public Art Committee shall consist of members as follows: four (4) members of the City's Fine Arts Commission and one (1) representative of the City Manager's Office. The Director of Parks and Recreation or designee shall serve as a staff liaison and ex officio, non-voting member of the committee. Two City Council Members shall serve as liaisons to the committtee. As various large projects are undertaken, there may also be appointed any additional members as deemed necessary by the City Council who shall serve only until the particular project for which they have been appointed has been completed.
