Civil Aircraft Industry International Forum 2018Industry BackgroundIn the next two decades, Chinese civil aircraft market will have a strong demand rate, including 4631 trunk airliners and 726 regional aircrafts, which valued at $648.1 billion. By 2030, cus-tomer travel demand in China is expected to increase by 5%, civil aviation will become the main way for the public to travel. In the next 10 years, civil aircraft capacity will increase by 25%. Civil aircraft production will present two trends and challenges: the influence of the rise of new manufacturers and supply chain.

Under this background, Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics hosted 9th Civil Aircraft Industry International Forum 2018. CAIIF is an international forum focusing on global co-operation and advanced technology in the Chinese aircraft manufacturing industry as well as the related policy that might be adapt and use during these processes.

CAIIF delegates have represented their organizations each year through thought-provoking presentations, panel discussions and booth exhibits; as well as scores of one-on-one business meetings, many leading to new ventures with Chinese partners. As the 9th annual industrial event, CAIIF will be held in Chengdu, CHINA on 12th - 13th September, 2018.

C919 has finished its maiden flight successfully on 5th May 2017. It’s a milestone for COMAC and Chinese civil aircraft Industry. Boeing Zhoushan B737 Complete and Delivery Center launched on May 11th last year. In addition, the joint-venture between COMAC and UAC will establish soon. These all can bring new opportunities for China's civil aviation business.

If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome at no extra charge. Alternatively, your registration can be credited to a future conference. If for reasons beyond your control you are not able to attend (more than 45days before the conference and there is no alternative Galleon event you wish to attend), we will refund the fee. Please confirm your cancellation in writing. Cancellations made within 45 days will result in loss of half the fee.

Cancellation within 30 days of the course will result in loss of the full fee. Failure to attend a course with no prior notice will also result in loss of the fee.
