Make your Presentations Sizzle !
Andrei has been a Trainer and Master Trainer for almost 15 years, currently with Dale Carnegie, the oldest training company in the World. He holds a BSc in International Business Management and a MSc in Financial Management. He's well versed in training design and delivery, working with some of the largest multinationals present in Romania. He has travelled extensively, delivering trainings as far away as San Francisco, Acapulco and Hong Kong.
We represent our organizations all the time—in both formal and informal settings, and in a variety of scenarios. Professional audiences are reluctant to believe what is
being said about an organization or service unless they believe the person delivering the message.
Professionals often make the mistake of overstating an organization’s ability by making claims, thus losing their (and their organization’s) credibility to perform or
deliver. In this presentation, we will focus on providing unique facts about our organizations and opportunities towards medical candidates.
But even facts should never be presented to the audience without accompanying benefits. Presenting evidence in a way that is vivid, interesting, and memorable helps create or sustain a positive first impression of our organizations and is vital if we are
to communicate in a way that influences or creates action.
Training objectives
Communicate with enhanced credibility
Present a positive image of our organization in a brief encounter (2 minutes or less)
Reinforce an informative message with supportive evidence
Maintain professional composure under pressure
Answer difficult questions with confidence

How to become a better communicator with your candidates

“I love working with people because I constantly find out new things about me. With the years, I have become better in communicating with people from one to one communication, public speaking, written communication, and debates through constant self study. In my view, communication is art and science all together. Communication is a natural skill which can be educated to achieve a higher level of performance.”
This training will teach you how to become a better communicator with your candidates, especially at job fairs, and not only. You will learn that communication is a process and a mixture between personal and professional skills, personal self confidence and professional performance.
Training objectives
Knowledge - what communication means; what is an effective communication; oral communication methods; non-violent communication; balance between personal skills and professional performance; tips and tricks.
Skills - how to effectively communicate with prospective candidates; positive gestures to attract prospective candidates; how to “scan” the candidates; 1 minute to sell your company & 30 seconds to make an impression.
Attitude - healthy and positive attitude towards candidates, colleagues, work, life, and yourself.
