Introduction
This document contains information about how to claim Continuing Education (CE) credit for CAP Quality Management Education Resources (QMEd) courses
Before you begin
This procedure requires that you do the following things before you begin:
• Establish a User ID and Password with cap.org • Go to the CAP QMEd course for which you wish to claim CE
credit. o These courses can be accessed from the following site:
https://cap.enspire.com • Go to the Course Resources/Continuing Education (CE) Credit
page

How to claim credits
Complete the following steps in the table below.

Click the Proceed to course evaluation button located on the Course Resources/Continuing Education (CE) Credit page.
Note: If you are not logged in to www.cap.org, you will receive the following screen. Log in. If you have questions about this, call 1-800-323-4040 + 1.

2 Click on the Resume button.

3 Once you have reviewed the information on this page, scroll down the page, and click the Continue Button.

4 Click on the link to the name of the course.

5 After clicking on the link, the screen below will appear. Click on the Next button to move through and complete the evaluation.

6 Complete the evaluation and click the Submit Evaluation button.

7 After completing the evaluation, the screen below will appear. Click the Continue button.

8 To claim credit, click on the Claim button.

Step Action
9 Enter the number of hours spent on this activity in the box next to Credit Claimed. Make sure you enter time spent in increments of .25 hours. Then click the Submit button.

10 After claiming credit, the screen below will appear. Click the Continue button. Note that once you successfully claim credit, the area on the right-hand side of the screen updates to show you the amount of credit you claimed.

11 To view and/or print your certificate, click on the icon under Credit Type.
If you want to see your Learning Transcript, click on Learning Transcript link at the top of the page.
