Barton during the Civil War-- During the civil war Clara Barton was the first female nurse. She helped injured men that came off the battlefield. She was later known as The Angel of the Battlefield! Things that Barton Did. Clara Barton did more than just help the injured and wounded. She also help many more people. Barton always wanted to help people when she was older!
