Reference No.: Dated: PUBLIC NOTICE CLASS-II MEDICAL EXAMINERS WORKSHOP ON 29 DEC 2014 All DGCA authorised Class-II Medical Examiners need to undergo a periodical workshop to keep their knowledge base updated and be current with the prevailing practices. The workshop is organised by the Indian Society of Aerospace Medicine under the aegis of DGCA. It has been decided that the forthcoming Class-II Medical Examiners Workshop will be conducted as an e-workshop. Class-II Medical Examiners shall not be required to come to New Delhi/Bangalore. The details of the workshop are as follows :- 1. Date : 29 Dec 2014 (Monday) 2. Time : 1000 to 1300 h 3. Venue : Own Clinic/Residence of Class-II Medical Examiners 4. Registration : Class-II Medical Examiners are advised to register by sending their contact details latest by 22 Dec 14. 1. The method of conduct of e-workshop shall be follows :-
(a) Registration of Class-II Examiners for e-workshop
(e-mail)
(b) DMS(CA) shall email Power Point presentations and material
for study by Class-II Medical Examiners 10 days before the date of
e-workshop.
(c) A question paper (multiple choice questions) shall be
emailed at 1000h on
29 Dec 2014 to all Class-II Examiners who register for the
e-workshop. The Class-II Examiners shall complete the answers and
email it back by 1100h. The same shall be evaluated by DMS(CA)
subsequently.
(d) Between 1000-1300hrs, DMS(CA) would be available on e-mail
and Google
messenger and shall answer specific queries that may arise on
the topics of the workshop.
(e) A certificate of participation shall be posted to the
Class-II Examiners who
participate in the workshop
(f) A feedback form shall be sent by email to all participants
who would be required to submit it back within 3 working days.
