o Colleges look for the quality of the senior year program as measured by the type and number of academic courses in progress and planned!
o And the number, content, rigor and performance in academic courses beyond the minimum “A-G” requirements!
o Take coursework across all academic areas, science & math. Keep your senior year schedule academically strong!
o Maintain strong study habits & good grades.
o It matters whether you are planning on a attending community college, a university, the military or a trade school.
o Why?...because many colleges require placement exams in math and in English!
12th grade coursework and grades matter!! What you take and how well you do will count!
