What is the all night senior party?• It has become a tradition that in the celebration of the Senior
Graduation, the senior parents host an all night party for thestudents, so that the students can celebrate with all of their friends,in a safe and fun atmosphere in a drug and alcoholic freeenvironment.
When is the all night senior party?• Saturday June 1, 2019
• 10:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.
Where is the all night senior party?• Rosemount High School
What it takes to host an “All Night Party”
• Planning a party for the 547 members of the Senior Class of 2019 requires support from the school, the parents, the community and local businesses.
• It takes a lot of parent involvement to plan, coordinate and work the night of.
• The Senior Party does not receive any financial support for the High School.
• We rely on ticket sales, several fundraisers and donations from local businesses.

2019 Senior Party Planning Meetings
• When are meetings?▪ We meet the second Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m.
o 10/8/18, 11/12/18, 12/10/18, 1/14/19, 2/11/19, 3/11/19, 4/8/19, 5/13/19, 6/10/19
• Where are the meetings? ▪ Rosemount High School – Library
• Who should attend the meetings? ▪ Anyone can attend the meetings, however only the committee chairs are
required to attend.
All Night Senior Party Committee Members
• We still need many parents to join the committees in order to make this a fun night for all of our seniors.
• Open Committees:▪ Fundraising
▪ Food
▪ Craft Fair
▪ Set Up and Clean Up
• If you are interested in being a chair or joining one of the committees and want to know more details, please stay after the meeting to discuss.
Other ways to get involved
• There are many ways to get involved other then being on a planning committee. A sign up link will be sent out for these volunteer opportunities at a later date.
▪ Craft Fair – Volunteers needed for set up, shift volunteers the day of, clean up and reset
▪ Night of Party – Volunteers will be needed to work the night of the party.
▪ Donation of items for the party, water, pop, snacks, ketchup, mustard, ect…..
▪ Blitz Week (Student Kick Off)
Fundraising
• The only source of income for the All Night Party is ticket sales, fundraising and donations. We need parent help to spread the word and help sell for each fundraiser.
• Funds raised are used to provide supplies, food, entertainment, prizes for the student raffle and a gift for each senior.
• Selected Fundraisers:▪ Solicit Donations from local businesses
o Letters to be mailed in October.
▪ Spaghetti Dinner – Sunday November 4, 2018o Ticket sales September 24, 2018 – November 4, 2018o Cost $10.00 per ticket for all you can eat spaghettio Our profit is 90% of the ticket price, $9.00 per ticket.

▪ Bakers Square Pie Card Sales o Sell Pie Cards November 4, 2018 – December 31, 2018
o Cost is $15.00 per card
o Our profit is $5.00 per card
▪ Hy-Vee Coupon Books o Sell at various events October 4, 2018 – May 1, 2019.
o Cost is $5.00 (the coupon book does include a $5.00 off coupon plus many more)
o Our profit is $3.00 per book.
▪ Fireside Gift Cards o Sell cards between January 1, 2019 and May 1, 2019
o Cost is $20.00 per card, the gift card is worth $25.00
o Our profit is $5.00 per card
Fundraising Continued
▪ Rudy’s Red Eye Grillo January 28, 2019 - Restaurant day – no coupon needed
o Our profit is 10% of all non-alcoholic sales for the entire day
▪ Butter Braids o Sell between January 28, 2019 – February 12, 2019
o Our profit is 40% of the total sales
▪ RHS Craft Fair, Bake Sale and Concessions – March 16, 2019
Student Volunteers
• What do we need the students to do?▪ We need students to volunteer to sell fundraising items at our pre-scheduled events
and on their own. Prescheduled event examples are:o Fall, Winter and Spring Conferenceso Spaghetti Dinner o Craft Fairo Sporting Events
• What is the incentive for them to sell?▪ Students will earn extra raffle tickets. The raffle tickets will be given to them the
night of the Senior Party to enter into drawings for some spectacular prizes like iPads, Headphones, Apple Watches, Mini-Fridges and many more!o For every hour a student volunteers at one of our pre-scheduled events, they will receive five
extra raffle tickets per hour. o For every item a student sells on their own, they will receive one extra raffle ticket.

• The planning committees/chairs will select the theme but we want your ideas! If you have any ideas, please write them down and turn them in before you leave tonight.

Kick off Week for Students – “Blitz Week”
• What is Blitz Week?▪ This is a special pep fest for just the seniors
▪ The senior parents put on a skit
▪ The party theme is revealed to the seniors
▪ Ticket sales begin

• Ticket Prices:▪ $75.00 - January 24 – February 1, 2019 ($70.00 with food donation)▪ $80.00 - February 2 – March 31, 2019 ▪ $85.00 - April 1 – April 30, 2019 ▪ $90.00 - May 1 – May 31, 2019▪ $100.00 – Night of the Party (cash only)
• All students who purchase their tickets on or before February 1, 2019 can bring 5 non perishable food items at the time of purchase and they will receive a $5.00 discount on their ticket price.
• The earlier you buy the ticket, the more you save.
