Yoga Classes, a gentle kundalini yoga, open to all levels. Taught in the Salt Cave, with salt infused into the air, yoga will enhance your breathing, offering deep transformation and grounding. Advanced registration required.

Private Yoga, yoga taught at your pace, tailored to your very own needs and your schedule. Held in The Lagoon Room.

Chakra Alignment Meditation, a guided meditation in a reclining pose, suitable for all levels. With warm salt stones or gems over the heart, and an herbal wrap over the eyes. This session ends with a warm neck wrap and the soft, healing sounds of our gong to awaken you, releasing the tension and blockages in your body. With salt therapy in the cave, for 45 minutes.

Mind, Body and Spirit, Kim Schmus, LMT and Reiki Master with Pamela Picard, Medical Reiki Master: An evening of transformation, healing your mind, body and spirit through guided meditation and energy healing.

Salt Cave, come enjoy our beautiful and serene salt cave, where you are surrounded by pure Himalayan salt and salt is infused into the air. This treatment strengthens your immune system, improves skin conditions, and relieves sinus, allergy and respiratory symptoms. This room accommodates 8 people.

Cave sessions start promptly on the hour, so please arrive 15 minutes early. The last session starts one hour before closing. Please wear white socks, and in order to serve our clients with allergies, kindly avoid smoking as well as the use of perfumes for two hours before entering our cave.

Private Salt Cave, reserve the entire cave for eight of your family and friends. Add Cave Pampering at an additional cost.

Salt Bed, a personalized, more intensive salt treatment to strengthen your immune system, improve skin conditions, relieve sinus, allergy, and respiratory symptoms. 20 minute session.

Salt Family Room, designed to simulate a day at the beach for kids in a playful, yet therapeutic environment, relieving respiratory and skin condi-tions. 30 minutes for child with adult. Maximum capacity 3 adults and 3 children.

BioMat, Layered with amethyst crystals, the BioMat provides far infrared heat therapy to treat chronic diseases and ailments. Infrared light kills pathogens, improves circulation, blood pressure and cardiovascular function, decreases inflammation and relieves joint and muscle pain. 30 minutes.

Healing Modalities

Many of our massages can be done on the BioMat for infrared therapy, or in The Lagoon Room for salt therapy. You can also

use the BioMat to loosen muscles prior to a massage.

Swedish, long smooth strokes which aid in the body’s circulatory process and promotes deep relaxation. For stress, anxiety, and chronic pain. 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Deep Tissue, to relieve muscle pain and soreness, improve posture and flexibility for better movement and athletic performance. Knots, injuries, tension and poor posture. 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

Lava Shell, similar to a hot stone massage. Warm smooth shells glide across your body, loosening tight muscles and relaxing the entire body. 45 minutes.

Fire and Ice, warm Lava Shells and chilled Glacial Shells, give a luxurious treatment to both invigorate and relax tired muscles, melt away stress and reduce inflammation. 45 minutes.

High Performance, our ultimate sports massage for athletes. This is a deep tissue massage, combined with the use of warm Lava Shells and Cool Glacial Shells to reduce inflammation, stimulate blood flow, heal sore muscles and restore flexibility. Raise your performance level, avoid injury, and preserve your longevity as an athlete. 60 minutes.

Sports Massage, designed to aid in athletic performance and tailored to specific sports. Includes pre-event, inter-event, and post-event massage, maintenance, and injury massage. 60 minutes.

Pampering, for a luxurious spa treatment, begin-ning with hot towels and a foot massage, followed by a shoulder rub and finished with a scalp massage. Reflexology, an holistic treatment which addresses issues in the entire body by working points in the feet and hands. For relaxation, stress relief, pain relief, and headaches. 45 minutes with salt therapy in The Lagoon Room.

Allergy Elimination, (NAET), Testing for food and environmental allergies by muscle response which can help with respiratory and digestive issues. Treats allergies, asthma, headaches, migraines, Lyme Disease, digestive disorders, frequent illness like catching colds, skin problems, pain of all types, yeast infections, Fibro-myalgia, Chronic Fatigue syndrome, women’s hormonal issues. Couple’s Massage, enjoy side-by-side massage for 2 people, held in the Salt Cave with salt treatment for 45 minutes.

Sinus Treatment, loosen and relieve stuffy sinuses. 30 minutes.

Acupressure Massage, acupressure points are massaged, rather than pressed, for enhanced efficacy in activating the body’s ability to heal. Performed fully clothed on a massage chair with salt treatment in The Lagoon Room. 45 minutes.

Chair Massage, perfect for lunch time, 30 minutes with Salt Therapy, in the Lagoon Room.

Maya Abdominal Therapy, an external, non-in-vasive manipulation that repositions internal organs that have shifted due to falls, injury, surgery or other traumas, thereby restricting the flow of blood, lymph, nerve and energy or chi. 90 minutes.

Craniosacral (Upledger), A light touch modality that strengthens the body's ability to heal itself. Nearly unperceivable techniques are used to relieve undue pressure on the spinal chord via blockages and imbalances. 90 minutes.

Somato Emotional Release (Upledger) aka SER is done in conjunction with Craniosacral and guided imagery as well as dialog encompassed to help the client release long held emotional imprints and or trauma that has been stuck in the body. 90 minutes.
