Responsibilities: The Arena/Tiger Activity Center Custodian is responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of the Arena and Tiger Activity Center buildings and grounds. The custodian will perform duties as assigned by the arena manager, the buildings and grounds director, and the business manager. The custodian will load and deliver freight and mail, inspect buildings and grounds and correct or report any unsafe conditions; check fire alarm system as required by law and report any deficiencies to building principal or immediate supervisor; present a neat appearance; establish good rapport with pupils, administrators, staff, and public; be punctual and follow the building schedule; attend custodial workshops and demonstrations when requested; must be able to lift 50 lbs.; be knowledgeable about school policies; and assume other duties as may be assigned.
