(3) Incumbent will also perform as Computer Security Officer and as Computer Compliance Officer.

Qualifications requires a minimum of five years of experi-ence in the field of computer technology. Must have a work-ing knowledge of both PC and LAN operations regarding hardware and software. Must have strong verbal and writ-ten communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines and analytical (problem solving) ability. Must have the ability to facilitate the need to understand and support Kendal’s standard vertical applications. Must be competent at de-veloping and maintaining productive and cooperative rela-tionships with residents, staff, Board members and outside vendors. Must possess skill at multitasking and prioritizing.

This position is respon-sible for preparing meals and achieving food service objec-tives by implementing menus; controlling food preparation and sanitation in all areas of food service; and by complet-ing all tasks for proper stocking, sanitizing and preparing of food items. Applicants must have 2 years of cooking experience. Culinary training is a plus but not a require-ment. Applicants must be familiar with production sheets and standardized recipes and must be capable of obtaining ServSafe certification. The selectee will be required to lift weights up to 60 pounds and will be required to stand and/or walk most of the work day.
