Classroom Management Plan
INFORMATION:

RULES AND EXPECTATIONS
1. Come in class on time: Students must always come in class on
time.
2. Listen quietly while other is speaking: The students expect
to be respectful at all times. 3. Come to class prepared with all
supplies and homework complete: Every time the teacher asks his
students to bring some materials that need to be use in some
specific activity. EX: (bond paper, scissor, ruler, color, glue
etc..) The students must bring their own materials. 4. Always ware
proper uniform:All students expect to ware their proper uniform on
class.
5. Raise your hand before you speak during a classroom
lesson:
PROCEDURES
1. Home work - homework, when assigned, will be due at the
begging of the class. Have it out on your desk ready to be picked
up.
2. Restroom passes only one student at a time will step out to
use the restroom, an id past will be given to the student who wants
to use the restroom, and he/she must wear the id past outside the
room.
3. Attention signal when I hold my hand I will say give me five.
That means the entire class should be absolutely silent and still
within 5 seconds.
4. End of class dismissal two minutes before class ends, I will
tell you to start getting packed up. We will straighten the room.
Then, I will give you any last minute instructions and dismiss
you.
5. Asking question/leaving your seat/getting help raise your
hand and I will acknowledge you.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am Mr. Simon Peter
Romualdez, Teacher of______________________ in Physical Education.
I graduated from the University of Perpetual Hepl Dalta Sytem and I
have been fortunate to start work officially as a full pledge
Teacher in my Alma Mater. Growing up I have always been active in
sports and I would like to share this passion with my students. I
believe and live by the mantra that an active body fosters the mind
to think well and this exactly what I want my students to also
endeavor to do as they take my class and hopefully have fun in the
process.I encourage feedback from my students and you can reach me

event that you want to get feedback on your child performance in my
subject. In my class every student gets an equal opportunity to
learn and excel however I also dont tolerate unacceptable behavior
and address any other issues like tardiness and absenteeism
seriously and nip them in the bud to save the student in question
so he or she has the chance to pass my subject.In closing, I look
