Why is it required ? – TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF

ECBC IN STATE.

➢ Ensure preparedness of operational bodies to implement ECBC namely –

PWD, SDAS, CIDCO,ULBS, UDDS ,DISCOMS etc.

➢ Create cadre of ECBC design professionals, consultants and ECBC third

party assessors to achieve ECBC compliance.

➢ Awareness amongst developers, vendors and end users
