Clean Up and Cash InThe Xerox Competitive Refresh Demolition EventProgram Requirements• The incentive is to the Xerox Reseller. The

Xerox Reseller must claim rebates at: www.office.xerox.com/resellers

• The customer must replace the competitive product with a Xerox product; reseller must provide a start up page from the replacement product. Replacements of Xerox products do not qualify.

• Requires use of Xerox supplies purchased from an authorized source and supplies must ship to end user customer. Authorized sources include Ingram Micro, Synnex, Tech Data and Supplies Network.

• For new, qualifying Xerox products only.

• To qualify for the MPS program, units must be placed on a Xerox® PagePack® / XRPS or XPPS contract, an Ingram Micro MPS contract, a Synnex PRINTSolv contract, or a Supplies Network mpsSELECT contract.

• To qualify for the Xerox eConcierge® promotion, the customer must download the Supplies Assistant and add the Xerox product to the Xerox eConcierge program.

• Valid January 16 - December 20, 2013.

• Limit 10 Xerox products per end-user customer.

• Sales under this program are not eligible for the Xerox trade-in program or other Xerox customer rebates or promotions.

• Xerox product must be purchased by December 20, 2013. Must activate Xerox product under a qualifying MPS agreement or Xerox eConcierge by December 20, 2013.

• Xerox Agents are not eligible for this offer.

• No minimum number of devices is required to qualify.

• Xerox reserves the right to alter or terminate the program at any time.

• Xerox reserves the right to validate claims prior to rebate payment. Xerox reserves the right to contact your customer to validate the non-Xerox product removal.
