PROCEDURE

On Receipt of confirmed Job order & Exact Job descriptions of required categories, we source the candidates through our active databank, Job portals, Advertisements and Headhunting. Our specified Recruitment Manager test the responding candidates for their skill matching the job description and trade test if required. The shortlisted candidates CVs with Recruitment Managers remarks are sent to the clients for their approval or the clients are invited to India to personally evaluate the candidates and it is an added advantage to understanding our mode of operation.

ASSURING QUALITY

We also mobilize shortlisted candidates under our full guarantee, if agreed by the client. The candidates approved by the clients are checked for medical fitness and the client is informed about the visa process. Having very good contacts with major international travel agencies, we confirm the air ticket of the selected candidates and mobilize them at the earliest to their destination, under prior intimation to clients.

THE PROMISE We will be fully responsible up to three months of probation period for the performance, behavior and productivity of the workers finally selected by DHITECH. Anyone found unfit will be repatriated at our expenses and replacement will be made free of charge. Our Responsibility

Specialized Industry Group (Scope of Service)

SELECTION PROCESS

The process of recruitment consisting and follows a well-defined path, from Client-brief to Final appointment. In every assignment, customizing to meet Client needs is the main criterion. Personalized Service: Every member of the DHITECH Team is given specific charge of each assignment. According they liaises with the Client, and submits bi-weekly status reports. Screening: The DHITECH data bank containing over 1, 50,000 active bio-data is first trapped; potential candidates are then contacted by the most expedient means. If necessary, advertisement is released, applications are then invited to a preliminary interview, and this is conducted by competent professionals with a background in the relevant discipline, whether technical / non-technical / management… Interviews are than conducted by the Client’s after giving about two to three weeks’ notice to arrange the candidates. Interviews can be carried out in any part of India depending on the number of candidates. Candidates are thoroughly tested / examined in terms job skills and evaluated for personal traits; a written assessment is made of their suitability for the post. Comprehensive candidate’s profiles consisting of bio data, assessment with test report and other related observations are presented to Client. The Client or their Authorized Representative may then make a direct selection or may opt for a further interview processing involving DHITECH. We than arrange his /their accommodation, transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of worker, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts for technical & professional categories under direct supervision of our professional executives. Medical Checkup - After final selection we send the workers/ candidates for medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment. Application for visa - For selected candidates, we will apply for the visa in the respective embassy as authorized by the employer. Ticketing and Emigration - The employer may send PTA or remit necessary travelling expenses in favor of DHITECH Consultancy Services to facilitate travelling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates. Orientation before departure - DHITECH provides basic orientation to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and first-hand information of work environment there & salient features of labour laws of the country of employment.

EMPLOYER SECTION

To begin with, the Employer and the DHITECH should execute an agency agreement between them

stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon

which the manpower trade will be executed.

Letter of Authority

The Employer / Principal will issue a letter of authority in favor of DHITECH addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing him that M/s. DHITECH Consultancy Services is

their bonafide Manpower Recruiting Agent fully authorized to deal with all visa matters , submissions and delivery , with the said Embassy. (Applicable to middle - east and far- east countries only).

Demand Letter

The Employer / Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favor of DHITECH stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for

workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc.

Specimen Agreement of Employment

This is a standard Employment Contract between Employer and Employee

Service agreement

The Service Agreement shall be made / Negotiate / Finalized between both the Parties’ with the Terms & Conditions agreed for supplying the “Manpower Services” from India.

RECRUITMENT SERVICES FROM INDIA

Company / Sponsor will utilize as deemed appropriable the services and facilities of DHITECH Consultancy Services for purpose of recruiting, processing and documentation of worker’s (all categories) hired through DHITECH Consultancy Services by Company / Sponsor in Country.

1. SOURCING – DHITECH Consultancy Services shall make available to Company / Sponsor pre-screened applicants as requisitioned by Email / Fax or Courier. Applicants shall be screened by appropriate means such as evaluation of work experience, personal interviews and trade test (if required). Selection shall satisfy the requirements specified on the Company’s job description.

2. PROCESSING – The selected applicants shall be processed by the DHITECH Consultancy Services for assignment in (Country). Such services shall include but not limited to following:-

• Scheduling of the Medical Examination test and inoculations as/if required by the said Country. Immigration authorities and Certificate of fitness work without restriction.

• Verifying that selected applicants have valid driving license (if required) and other relevant documents required for the performance of their work and that their passport are valid for minimum six months period and their personal data are accurately described.

• Providing the facilities needed for screening, conducting final interview, processing candidates by (Company Name) representatives.

• Providing complete orientation to the selected candidates prior to departure including Banking, Safety Protection of Documents, Passport and Identity cards clearance, advice of minimum clothing requirements and working and living conditions in (Country Name)

3. PROBATION – The candidates selected by the (Company Name) or DHITECH Consultancy Services (as an authorized agent) will initially be on a probationary period of three months /six months. Should (Company Name) decide to terminate an employee, selected by them with in the probation period, because the employee’s performance is not considered satisfactory or he is physically unfit, the DHITECH Consultancy Services upon the (Company Name) notification shall repatriate the terminated employee and replace more suitable candidate acceptable to (Company Name).

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. FREE RECRUITMENT: Semi Skilled / Skilled Labors & all workers’ categories our Consulting Fees would be US$350 / selected

candidate paid by COMPANY / SPONSOR on submitting the Invoice. OR 2. IN CASE OF NOT FREE RECRUITMENT: If the Comp any / Sponsor are not paying DHITECH the said amount, in such case

DHITECH charges the same Amount from the selected candidat es at the time of departure. 3. For Supervisor, Technical / Non-Technical Staff, Engineers and for all senior categories our Consulting Fees would be US$ 1000 /

per selected candidate has to be paid by Company / Sponsor. 4. Advertisements expenses releasing in “Times of India” (where approved by Company / Sponsor) at actual. 5. Advertisement in leading newspaper such as Assignment Abroad Times & ENRI Times will be arrange by DHITECH. 6. Expenses incurred on any other services required specially by the Company on request. 7. Company / Sponsor will provide Required Documents, Joining Air Ticket & Visa for all selected candidates. 8. Any Recruited Employee will not pay to DHITECH as long Company / Sponsor will pay the above agree d amount. 9. Trade Test – If required, the said amount shall be paid by Company / SPONSOR or Candidates.

Above Terms & Conditions can be negotiated as per your company’s policy & volume of requirements to conclude and to start fruitful business relation. Payment Terms and Invoicing – DHITECH Consultancy Services shall submit to Company / Sponsor duly prepared invoices in respect of expenses and compensation. Billing shall be paid strictly within 10 days from the submission of Invoice. Details of Bank Account for payment shall be advised to Company / Sponsor. . Duration of services - The duration of the services of DHITECH Consultancy Services to be performed under this Contract shall be for Two Years from the effective date. Thereafter, both the parties shall have the right, at its sole discretion to extend the services for additional year’s or part thereof on the basis of the rates, terms and conditions. Governing Law - This Contract shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of U.A.E. Settlement of Disputes – DHITECH Consultancy Services and Company / Sponsor shall endeavor to settle by good faith negotiation any dispute, difference, controversy or claim of any kind arising between them out of or in connection with this contract.
