This workshop explores how to develop the communication structures needed to build customer relationships, specifically to encourage effective ongoing conversations to improve online services. The case study of the design and build of the new Leeds University Library website is used, where the student and staff experience were at the heart of the design process. Key lessons learnt and methodology used are shared.
