After clicking the download link, turn on/press "Allow from this source”

Clicked “Install”.

Click “Login Now!”. Enter your information and click “Submit Info”.

Click “Agree”.

Click “Continue” Your app is installed. Click “Open”.

Enter your email address and click “Send Email” for your copy of the consent

Click “Allow”. Once you see the number of data points displayed on the screen or the notification (on the right), you're all set!

You will see an alert saying “Congratulations you are registered!” if you have completed the baseline survey and provided your UID and date of birth.

Click “ok”.

If not, you would see an alert saying your app is temporarily activated for 3 days.
