First calculate your material requirements

90mm boards have a coverage of 86mm 130mm boards have a coverage of 125mmDesigner lining 91mm have a coverage of 81mm

Work to the nearest pack size (10 lengths per pack) and include wastage of 10% or more for cutting and waste.Check to see if trims are required and calculate requirements work-ing in 3.6m lengths.

INSTALLATION GUIDE

1. Timber should be acclimatized within the space as to where it is to be installed.2. Prepare boards by docking on a 90 degree angle and under cut on a 2–3 degree angle for a perfect butt-joint. End matched boards (2.4m do not require trimming).3. End seal boards and re-seal every end joint or fresh cut.

4. Use polyurethane adhesive spreading adequate glue to batten and follow manufactures instructions.5. Secret nail fix by using a brad gun nailing through the tongue on a 45 degree angle to clamp board in place while adhesive cures. Then place the next board in place and repeat process. 6. Finish with trims by bradding and/or gluing in place to cover expan-sion gaps.
