COACHING REVIEW
This is a handy checklist that a coach can use to review thecoaching relationship. It should be completed on a regularbasis to ensure that both parties' expectations are being met,and that the relationship is proving beneficial.
Completing the Checklist
1. Work through each of the Discussion Points and ask yourclient for their thoughts.Once you have heard from them, you can volunteer your own considerations.
2. Record any Comments that you feel should be documentedor that you would like to review again later.
3. Capture any Actions that have arisen as a result of yourdiscussion, and document who is responsible for followingthem up and when.
4. You may wish to have a quick review of the actions fromthe previous meeting at the start of each new session sothat it is fresh in both your minds.
