Italy

Climate of ItalyI will be visiting Italy in the summer. During

that time the average temperature is between the low 70’s and the high 90’s

depending on whether I go to the North or the South of the country. The summers are

usually very dry.

How to get to ItalyIn order to get to Italy I will have to fly

by plane. It is approximately 4000 miles away from here and the flight will take between seven and eight

hours. It will cost around $1500 dollars round-trip per person.

Leaning Tower of PisaThe Leaning Tower of Pisa is a large

tower near the east end of the cathedral in Pisa. It was built on

alluvial, or silty, land and therefore leans approximately 5° to the southeast. You can go to an

observation platform in the tower and see magnificent views of the whole

town.
