Clinical course of HIV infectionThe human immunodeficiency virus—this
virus causes AIDS. HIV destroys the immune system protecting an organizm from infections and other diseases, as strickes a special type of leukocytes therefore function of immune system weakens.
HIV—a virus which causes an infectious disease.Virus loading—is concentration of a virus in
blood. It can be measured in a blood exemplar by means of a polimerazny chain reaction on the HIV ribonucleic acid (PTsR on HIV RNA). Virus loading very high level soon after HIV infectioin.
Methods of laboratory diagnostics of HIV1. Immunologic methods: Enzyme immunoassay (IFA) Immunobloting (express test)2. Identification of a virus and its fragments Selection of culture of a virus Polimerazny chein reaction Definition of virus loading3. Definition of level of an immunosupressiya: SD4+T lymphocytes level definition
Orginal material for laboratory diagnostics of HIV is blood serum.

AIDS—an illness end-stage, is characterized by development of diseases bound to HIV Almost at all HIV—positive people clinical
manifestationsof HIV infection and eventually, AIDS—its late stage over time develop. In process of HIV infection progressing the number of lymphocytes of SD4 continues to decrease and the susceptibility to opportunistic infection increases.
Defeat of separate bodies and systems of bodies
Brain (HIV dementia)Intestines (exhaustion)Heart (cardiomyopathy)
The main reasons for infection in medical institution With blood causative agents of various
infections—viruses, bacteria and many other pathogenic microorganisms being in blood are transferred.
