Setiap soalan perlu disetkan mengikut CLO yang betul dan jawapan yang betul megikut skema jawapan.Jika soalan objektif bagi kursus anda kurang dari bilangan soalan yang disediakan, PASTIKAN ANDA MELETAKKAN "TJ" PADA BAHAGIAN JAWAPAN DAN KOSONGKAN CLO UNTUKSEMUA SOALAN YANG TIDAK DIGUNAKAN,
8 FE SUM
Bahagian ini adalah untuk mengira markah peperiksaan akhir struktur atau esei. Sila pastikan anda membuat tetapan yang betul mengikut soalan peperiksaan,
setiap soalan perlu disetkan CLO mengikut pecahan soalan. Jika semua pecahan menilai CLO yang sama sila cetkan CLO yang sama untuk semua pecahan soalan.

Untuk kursus yang melibatkan soalan essei dan struktur,Anda boleh menggunakan tetapan yang sama seperti diatas untuk soalan essei dan gunakan ruangan untuk soalan 6 bagi mengira markah untuk soalan struktur.
Contoh : terdapat dua soalan essei dan 10 soalan objektif.Anda hanya perlu menggunakan ruangan soalan 1 dan 2 untuk memasukkan markah essei.

Borang ini adalah untuk analisa pencapaian pelajar mengikut CLO yang dinilai untuk setiap kursus. Borang ini tidak memerlukan apa - apa setting oleh pensyarah .
Masukkan markah mengikut soalan yang dijawab oleh pelajar, Anda hanya perlu mengisi 2 yang terbaik sahaja. Dan ISIKAN 'TJ' PADA MANA -MANA 2 SOALAN YANG LAIN
