Aim to Raise Endowment
• Only sensible way to sustainability– Do only what is essential to drive down costs– Be free of need to spend money on marketing
• Objective is to use endowment benefits to cover operating costs & to reduce fees even further
– To allow more libraries to participate at lower fees– To address un-served and under-served groups
