What we have felt through actual farming experience and hearing

Lack of successors / manpower shortage•We need the person who can solve unfamiliar issues.

•We need to work efficiently for there are a lot of things to do.

The farming directly links to management.

•Managing many distributed farm lands takes a huge cost.

    Tacit Knowledge of veteran

•In depth knowhow are required for each element of farming tasks.

•Necessity of a longtime experience to recognize soil state.

     Applying IT system is hard

•Difficult to use Laptop and mobile phone while farming .•Even if there is data collection system, there is no effectivemechanism to use them.
