• Summary: The client is a leading MSP in Spain, Portugal and several South American countries. They sought to add multi-tier white labeled IaaS, SaaS, PaaS and STaaS cloud services to their managed services portfolio

• Challenge: How to automate multi-tier distribution of all cloud services through international partners with white label branding, unique service catalogs, independent payment systems and interface into multiple ERP systems. More than 1,000 VMs under management.
