WHAT we did: Elgin Booth: Try This Not That Whole Grains
Facilitated by OHSU Nursing Student- Nicole Stanford Our booth
explained why processed grains were unhealthy AND why whole grains
are healthy. WHY we did it: Taught our peers what foods were
healthy and what foods were unhealthy We LEARNED: Food companies
process foods by taking off the outer healthy shell of the whole
grain before they bag them.
