CPR/FA/AED TRAINING

• This Saturday only! 9am in the Upper Group Fitness Room in the Campus Recreation Center• If you already have your certification, please bring your

card to my office and I’ll make a copy

COACHES PAPERWORK

• Coaches will need to complete the following paperwork as soon as possible• Coaches Agreement (turn in to me in person so I can meet them)

• Background Check – I will email this to them

• Standard Service Invoice – I will email this to them

CHARTERING

• Team email highly recommended

• Use CRC, Campus Box 62, Greeley, CO 80639 for the address

• Required to have at least two officers

• I will sign the required paperwork once I have seen everyone’s constitution

BLACKBOARD

• Have access but waiting to update list

• This is where all of the forms will be as well as budget updates

COMMUNITY FEST

• UNC Homecoming Community Fest

• October 4th from 10am-1pm located East of Nottingham Field
