We hope that you have a FANTASTIC Veteran’s Day! 10/10 Rule: This is a reminder that students are not permitted to leave the first 10 minutes of class or the last 10 minutes of class. If they need to use the restroom in an emergency, please send them to the main office. After School: If you see any students walking the hallways after 3:00 PM, please escort them to the office. We have students wanting to walk the hallways after hours. Scholastic is willing to help coordinate this opportunity. Curriculum Center Change: Great news! If you are sending copies to the curriculum center, you no longer need my signature. Just put your curriculum in the drawer to be copied. We feel as though this will streamline the process! Mailboxes: This is a reminder to check your mailbox daily for news and information. Bright Idea: Have you seen any great ideas lately? If so, write up your fellow colleague for a “Bright Idea.” It is important that we celebrate each others successes in the classroom. If you write up a colleague for a “Bright Idea,” you and that colleague will receive an incentive. Emails of Excellence: Wow! We truly have a fantastic staff. Please take time this week to recognize a fellow staff member and let them know why you appreciate them! As a team, it is important that we recognize the contributions that each and everyone makes as we works towards “achievement for all.” C.M. Weekly Update Principal’s High Five: Our Principal’s High Five this week goes out to Mrs. Newberry and Mrs. Norris! Together they have established an opportunity in which Mrs. Norris’ students are working with Mrs. Newberry’s students. This is a great example of team work, out of the box thinking, and innovative instruction. Great job!
