CM(IS) Delivering Information Superiority Project HELIX Single Statement of User Need: Project HELIX will sustain the Nimrod R Mk1 capability to circa 2025 and provide a rapidly deployable, SIGINT capability configured to deliver effect from the strategic to the tactical level with reach to support operations across a theatre of operations. It will be capable of operating within a networked systems of systems to collect, analysis, fuse and disseminate a coherent and rapidly interpretable SIGINT picture in support of National, Joint and Coalition operations and provide actionable information to support TST and Combat ID.
