Eagle Point was started in 2000 with the thought of having a premier horse and cattle facility.
In 2007 we established our Vineyard with the planting of 15000 vines.
In 2010 our facility was renovated for our Winery and Retail Store.
In 2011 our On-Site Retail opened serving 5000 customers.
In the spring of 2012 our business and property was sold to CN-CA Cultural Centre Inc., which is owned by a Chinese Investor.
What We Were

Eagle Point Vineyard
Eagle Point Winery has the present capacity to produce approximately 4000 cases of wine.
We will Export an initial shipment of 1000 Cases of Wine to China in mid February 2013.
We are planning a $ 3,000,000 renovation to our facility to increase production for export.
Our Winery will increase its quality of wine for the domestic market with its purchase of state of the art equipment.
Where We Are Heading
Official Investment Announcement
A small number of Private High End Residential Lots be developed. ( Less than 80)
Executive Homes to target International Investors wanting a secure environment with High End Amenities.
A High End Private PGA style Golf and Country Club with Meeting Facilities to be developed.
A Upper End Public Golf Course will be planned also.
Development will have year round potential (golf, skiing, nature walks, indoor exercise and pool facility)

Co-operated with Exchange of Delegation Visitors.
We showed support to Chinese Investment.
Built Friendships, Provided Opportunities, Secured Investment.
How We Secured Investment
Be Proactive in searching out Investors. ( There are 4 Million Millionaires in China)
Utilize Provincial Resources at Embassies.
Provide a Business Prospectus that the Investors can understand (in their language).
Due Diligence is a slow process, be patient.
Know your Product.
