1. OBJECTIVE
This document is intended to define the cable sizing and to calculate the voltage drop of electrical equipment for Online Mother Station SPBG (Stasiun Pengisian Bahan bakar Gas) Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) untuk Angkutan Umum di Palembang.
1. TUJUAN
Dokumen ini dimaksudkan untuk menentukan ukurang kabel dan menghitung susut tegangan setiap perlengkapan listrik pada Stasiun induk online SPBG (Stasiun Pengisian Bahan bakar Gas) Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) untuk Angkutan Umum di Palembang.
2. REFERENCE DOCUMENTS
The following Codes and Standard will be applied for cable sizing and voltage drop calculation:
1. IEC (International Electrotechnic Commission) standard No. 60364‐5‐2001
2. Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) 2000
2. KLASIFIKASI AREA
Kode dan standar di bawah ini akan diberlakukan dan perhitungan ukuran kabel dan susut tegangan:
1. IEC (International Electrotechnic Commission) standard No. 60364‐5‐2001
2. Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) 2000
3. VOLTAGE SYSTEM
Electrical voltage system shall be based on the document no. CNG‐000‐EL‐001 ELECTRICAL DESIGN PHYLOSOPHY that the three (3) phase system shall be 380V ±5%, and the single phase system shall be 220V ±5%.
3. SISTEM TEGANGAN
System tegangan listrik harus diadasarkan pada dokumen no. CNG‐000‐EL‐001 ELECTRICAL DESIGN PHYLOSOPHY bahwa tegangan tiga (3) fasa adalah 380V ±5%, dan satu fasa adalah 220V ±5%.
4. CABLE VOLTAGE DROP CRITERIA
The total voltage drop in AC or DC feeder shall be not exceed 5% of their nominal voltage bus.
The voltage drop calculation for equipment shall be based on the rated nominal voltage of the distribution bus feeding the equipment,

Total tegangan jatuh pada beban AC atau DC harus tidak melebihi 5% dari tegangan pengenalnya.

5. CABLE AMPACITY
Cable ampacity is referred to PUIL 2000, that conductor for equipment motor shall have ampacity not less than 125% of full load current. If the cable will supplied 2 or more motor circuit in a group, cable shall have ampacity not less than total full load current of motor plus 25% of the biggest full load current in the group.
5. KEMAMPUAN HANTAR ARUS KABEL
Kemampuan hantar arus untuk kabel didasarkan pada PUIL 2000, bahwa penghantar untuk peralatan motor harus memiliki kemmpuan hantar tidak kurang dari 125% arus beban penuh. Jika kabel menyuplai 2 motor atau lebih dalam satu grup, kabel harus mempunyai kemampuan hantar arus tidak kurang dari arus beban penuh total motor ditambah 25% dari arus beban penuh dari motor terbesar dalam grop tersebut.
6. METHOD OF CALCULATION
Calculation of voltage drop will be based on the below formula:
a. Three phase system:

Where:
V : voltage drop in cable
I : full load ampere (FLA) of the equipment
R : resistant for one conductor in ohms
X : reactance for one conductor in ohms
φ : angle of load power factor
6. METODE PERHITUNGAN
Perhitungan susut tegangan akan mengacu pada rumus berikut:
a. Sistem tiga fasa

Dimana:
V : susut tegangan dalam kabel
I : arus beban penuh peralatan
R : tahanan kabel dalam ohm
X : rekatansi kabel dalam ohm
φ : sudut factor daya beban
