UPDATE FROM NEW HOPE

We hope you will enjoy browsing through our new catalog while putting together your order. We have included several new varieties that were popular in the garden this year and some new amaryllis varieties. Note especially the new split crown daffodils, the new alliums and the larger number of species tulips.

This was an odd Spring. The colors were beautiful, but the whole season was 10 days to 2 weeks early due to a spell of warm weather in March and again in April. If you have not yet visited the display garden, our gardens are unique. They display the hundreds of varieties we offer - a great number of which we cannot include in our catalog; they must be ordered in the Spring. I hope you will come and visit next year for your first or fifteenth visit. Each season is individual, for better or worse.

We wish you wonderful bulb season. The general strength of the dollar has continued to hold down prices from Holland, so look for continued lower prices. We are now formally including our Maryland operation, Bundles of Bulbs, and we welcome these customers to the Charles H. Mueller Co.

With Best Blooming Wishes,

Charles A. Fritz III

Bulb Sizes: CHARLES H. MUELLER CO. has made its reputation for selling

the largest size bulbs available and by having these bulbs be true to variety. With our DN I daffodils you have probably noticed that our bulbs are much larger and have larger splits than those available elsewhere.

Generally the catalogs and especially the so-called "wholesale" catalogs sell only the smaller size DN II and DN iii, naturalizing size, bulbs.

TERMS OF SALE

AU items are offered subject to prior sale and to safe arrival in our packing room.

Note: VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Please show card number, expiration date and sign order.
