Key Milestones
COAA and the Construction Industry Institute reached agreement to develop a “Made in Alberta” Benchmarking Program
Government of Alberta agreed to fund 50% of the $300,000 project cost
Training held for 28 Benchmarking Associates in Calgary last November
COAA Industry Benchmarking
Phase 1 – Definition of Metrics and Development of the COAA Questionnaire Complete
Phase 2 – Programming of the web based COAA Questionnaire by the Construction Industry Institute of Austin Texas- Complete
Phase 3 – Training the Benchmarking Associates November/05 - Complete
Phase 4 – The Alberta Report - Scheduled for completion in April - 2008

Member companies and their Contractors that are executing large capital projects are encouraged to participate.
The success of the Project will depend on the degree of participation.
Currently have 10 Member companies committed and thirty projects.
