The Practitioner training course always begins with Module 1.
Afterwards, we advise participants to follow modules 2, 3 and
4 in this order to ensure they stay connected with the same
group of participants (‘cohort’). If not possible, we usually
find flexible solutions that are compatible with your agenda.

strong psychological and management foundations,
practical instruments and plenty of exercises in a safe
environment.

Deborah is a highly experienced trainer,
consultant, facilitator and executive
(team) coach. Her background and
experience are rooted in both research
and business life. Deborah worked for
twelve years in Consulting, first as an
advisor and then as a senior organization
expert. She has been educated in
Executive Coaching, Team Coaching and
Cross-cultural Coaching from international
schools recognised by the International
Coach Federation (ICF) and the European
Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

Tom is Managing Partner of TPC Leadership
Belgium. He has managed teams
successfully for nearly 10 years in large
multinational corporations, and this
sparked his interest in coaching. He started
off by being an internal coach at BCG since
2012. Since then he has coached some 400
individuals and 60 teams. Using the energy
in the room, Tom will creatively drive
people towards their edge to raise
awareness and help them to gain insights
and take action - when the learning
transforms from knowing to doing & being.

Frouke has an extensive background in
Human Resources, working on a

companies. Frouke provides guidance for
leadership programmes, teams, is an

professionals in coaching. She works for a
variety of commercial and non-profit
organisations. She is an Organisation &
Social Psychologist and an accredited
Coach, Counsellor & Team Coach.

Annelieke is the Managing Partner of TPCL
in the Netherlands. She has worked as a
coach and trainer in the business world
for 20 years, 8 of which were in the UK.
Annelieke works with everyone who is
prepared to put their own functioning
under the microscope; Directors, Partners,
Managers and Professionals. She has a
Master of Science (MSc) in Social
Psychology, specializing in Group
Dynamics, as well as an MSc in Coaching
and Development.

Sandro Da Silva

Sandro's contact with coaching began
approximately 15 years ago in Brazil,
when he developed from a private
English teacher to an English-speaking
sparring partner. He works intensively
together with a variety of people in
leading multinationals. Sandro has a
post-graduate degree in Executive
Coaching from the VU Amsterdam and is
currently pursuing his MSc at the
Ashridge Business school.
Maleene de Ridder

Maleene has a background in Health
Sciences. She has around 15 years of
experience with the development of

an accredited coach (Hudson Institute for
Coaching, Santa Barbara, USA) and is also

Transition Coaching. Maleene is author of
the book ‘Ambitie met een grote M - voluit
level als medicus, moeder en mijzelf’ about
living life to the max as a physician, mother
and as herself.
