(d)+ndicate the license number issued by the ommission as indicated inthe ertifcate o egistration, proessional identifcation card number,#- number, #0 receipt number, the date o issuance and the validity thereo in the documents he/she sign or issue. 1owever, in case o letterhead and dry seal only the license number shall be indicated.2urther, or signboard, billboard, advertisements and other orms o  published announcements3 the #ractitioner shall be re&uired toindicate the icense Number, #roessional +dentifcation Number andthe validity thereo.

(e) %ooperate in e&tending the e!ciency of the real estate

 profession and endeavor to be updated on the latest 

developments of the profession, laws, rules and the real estate

industry by attending continuing professional education

courses, sharing or e&changing informations and e&periences

with other professionals and participate in the A#' and other 

society activities.

(f)ive and cooperate in upholding the integrity and honor of the

 profession at all times by avoiding all unethical and 

unprofessional conduct and practices that will discredit and 

inure the real estate profession, practice self*respect,

sel+essness as well as in respecting the dignity of human

 person for the good of humanity.

(g)Not discriminate against person(s) on the basis o race, color, religion,

se', disability, amilial status, or national origin.

(h)Not o!er or agree to pay/split or rebate any proessional ee or compensation or any valuable consideration either directly or indirectly with anybody who is unlicensed individual or unauthori"ed person to practice real estate service proession nor to cooperate, assist or endorse any transaction or engagement o the proession in violationo any e'isting law and its rules and regulations.

(i) e dignied in e&plaining and discussing his/her work and 

shall refrain from self*laudatory advertising or propaganda.

() -ot advertise or cause or allow to be advertised his/her 

 professional attainment or services e&cept in stating

qualications in applications for employment. owever, such

shall be allowed in publication on authorship of books,

technical reports and studies, lectures or papers delivered in

conferences and seminars and similar activities which arebenecial to the real estate profession as a whole. oreover,

development and maintenance of ebsite in the 0nternet shall 

not be considered as advertising.

(k) -ot seek to obtain clients by solicitation. Advertising is a

form of solicitation. #ublication of announcement is

 permitted only for opening of a new o!ce, change in o!ce

location or telephone numbers or reorgani1ation of rm or o!ce practice2 provided it contains basic information essential 

to the announcement and is of reasonable si1e.

 Announcement of any of the above information may also be

made to clients and to individuals other than clients with

whom professional contacts are maintained. isting of rm
