Coffee Lava Production has been a great producer of coffee bean in the market which was incorporated within the city of New York. Coffee Lava production's rating was hitting up the highest spot until some doubts about the customers strike. Shareholders want to cancel their stocks and money in the production because of this downfall. The company needs a lot of bounce back to do to gain back the shareholders. Low demand would be the greatest problem of the company that needs to be resolved. Problem of the Company: Low demand of the product Problems: 1. The production cost are not relevant with the other countries selling price 2. Health issues that may cause through misconceptions of the benefits that coffee had 3. Low quality control of the mass production Recommendation: 1. As a new player in the coffee industry, it would be a good recommendation to initially deal with brand awareness without going through the process of an expensive advertisements. Brand awareness campaign could be done by simply promoting the Lava coffee brand with an introductory minimal selling price, hand in hand with conducting sampling (free tasting) of the actual product in select venues with appropriate traffic like Supermarket, BPO cafeteria, etc. whereby target market could be reached. Through word of mouth, potential increase in sales and market share could also be reached. 2. To address the misconceptions on the health benefit of the coffee, we hereby recommend to enhance the packaging of the coffee by putting a brief description, content information of the coffee and its benefit so that the public could be informed and be convinced. 3. The company can change the style of manufacturing or the manufacturing business itself. By resolving this issue quickly production will grow more and maintaining a certain market price will eventually help reach the position of the company in the market equilibrium

Final Recommendation:

Since the company is undergoing the issue of having a low demand of buyers, we would have to lower down the price of the product. Lowering down the market price may bounce back the loss of money and eventually enhance the quality of the product. Also having enough funds will help resolve the issue of the frightened buyers about in taking coffee. The company can build an advertisement that will show the effects of our product and differentiate it from the others. Another thing that can be added to the advertisement is the good things that coffee can give to our life. Convincing more buyers would eliminate the problem of low demand and soon make the company prosper more.
