A collection of notebooks playing with classical titles and a handcolour edge, A subtil artwork of oxidation on mirrors,A paper notebook and an organic fragrance to give a scent to wordsOur products represent a parallel world. Notes of the memory that survive in our daily lives.

They are part of our research on traditional and common objects, re invented and restored, to get new vigour and modern spirit. Our products are realized one by one by craftsmen in Tuscany, in search of respect with the environment.

SLOW was created by Roberto di Filitto and Nathalie Schneider. He is a designer, she comes from fashion. They have been working together in their graphic and design company in Tuscany, Italy, until they began to collaborate with local craftsmen, to design new objects with classical techniques and antique skills.

Writing is the starting point of our story. Books are symbols of our expression and freedom.

The Mute books collection re-interprets classical titles, playing with our memories. The Mute books mix traditional printing and binding techniques together with a fresh spirit, added by the handcoloured slice.20 symbolic titles by authors such as Jules Verne, Dante or Homer, were transformed in a colored note book to fill with your own stories.

Libri Muti (Italian for Mute Books) are inspired by the so many prohibited books around history and cultures. Nowhere in the world can everything be read.

Made with the traditional technique of grisaille used for sacred art, this round-shaped or square mirror with coloured effects is handmade and available in various colours, such as grey/brown and gold/yellow, and in various grade of intensity.

Each piece is unique and can also be realized upon request and in different sizes.

Whether it’s a darker mirror or a square mirror with a colored frame and golden effects, the Alice mirror offers infinite variations and possibilities for reflection.It can be used as a table mirror with its steel base, or be hung on the wall.
