Title with printer's device in woodcut. Some minor dampstaining mostly to margins, some minor soiling and spotting. Contemporary full blindstamped vellum, party worn, lacking clasps and two fittings, spine in compartments. Some old or contemporary notes on inside of covers and on endpapers. Sacrobosco (c.1195-1256) probably English, Scottish or Irish scolar, monk and astronomer, famous for his Tractatus de sphaera.
