Side Letter Agreement

This will confirm the understanding with regard to the attached Collective Agreement Between the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees, Moving Picture Technicians, Artists and Allied Crafts of the United States, Its Territories and Canada, Local 514 (the "Union") and Fox Quebec Productions LTD. (the "Company") (the "Agreement"). All terms and conditions of the Agreement shall apply only to the High Budget SVOD production currently titled "UNTITLED HOME ALONE," as modified herein:

7.1.1.3 Locations have not yet been finalized and the Union and the Company agree to discuss travel time to locations outside the Studio Zone.

8. The per diem payments stipulated in Articles 8.2 and 8.10 shall be paid in cash or by checkno than one week following the date the per diem was incurred.

8.12 When a workday outside the Studio Zone, as defined in Article 7, is fourteen (14) hours worked or longer (not including meals), the Company will not unreasonably deny requests for hotel accommodations.

9.1.2 Four ( 4) times, or two (2) round trips, during production, the Company may shift the workweek, without incurring extra costs, by doing either of the options presented in the articles 9.1.2.1 and 9.1.2.2.

9.6.1 The call sheet will be distributed to the entire crew and to the Union daily, prior to the start of each call.

10.6 Article 10.6 "Night Premium" shall not apply.

10.3. 7 Replace Article 10.3. 7 with the following: Before the first meal period, the Company shall have a maximum ten (10) minutes grace period to complete a shot in progress before Article 10.3 .5 applies. This grace period shall not cause the Employee's meal period to be shortened.

20.1 Under Article 20.1 and incorporated Appendix "B," the Office Clerk position is removed from the job classification list.

21.1 Appendix "B", it is agreed to secure the appendix B rates for the duration of the project, including additional photography and reshoots: it is understood that Tier A rates will prevail.
