Airport ParkingBHM offers multiple parking options for passengers, depending on your travel needs. For further assistance with parking, please contact theBirmingham Airport Authority at 205-599-0730.

To locate your car more easily, color-coded zones are on all levels of the parking deck. In the deck, over 5,000 spaces are available for hourlyparking and daily parking. The Airport Economy Lot (surface parking) has over 700 parking spaces. A complimentary shuttle is available to and fromthe Economy Lot.

Hourly ParkingFor Hourly parking, follow the signs tothe entrance ramp of the parkingdeck, and proceed to level 3 to park.Hourly parking is intended for anyoneparking less than 4 hours at theairport.

Valet ParkingThe curbside valet service is located on the departing flight ramp by following the overhead valet parking signs. Driverscan pull up to the valet kiosk and leave their cars with the valet. Within moments, passengers can be well on their way tochecking in for their flights and heading to their departure gate.

We ensure that you will never have to leave the comfort of your vehicle. We provide professional curb to curb service foryour convenience. Upon your return, we will deliver your vehicle to you at the Valet Pick-up site.

We recommend booking your valet parking reservation online in advance of your arrival at the airport.  Having a valetreservation expedites your curbside check-in and vehicle pickup when you return.

Baggage To ensure proper handling of your baggage, please adhere to the following instructions:

1. Make sure you have a valid form of ID on your bags complete with your name, address and cell phone number.2. Limit yourself to one (1) carry-on item and one (1) small, personal item that must fit in the overhead compartment or

beneath the seat.  Southwest Airlines limits carry-on bag dimensions to 10 x 16 x 24 inches.3. Since this is a private air charter, Southwest Airlines does not charge for your checked bags but please try to limit to one

checked bag per person.  Standard checked bag allowance is a total of 62 inches (Length + Width + Height) and must weigh50 lbs. or less.

Please arrive at the airport one-and-a-half (1.5) hours prior to departure to allow enough time to check-in and go through theTSA lines.  If parking at the airport, please allow extra time.

Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the Southwest Ticket Counter.  A government-issued photo ID (federal, state or local) isrequired to check-in and receive your boarding pass. You may be asked to show this ID at subsequent points, such as TSAscreening, along with your boarding pass.    

Arrival in Oakland Upon arriving at the Oakland International Airport (OAK), we will board our motorcoaches and depart for the Oakland Marriott

City Center.  

Once at the hotel, proceed to the front desk to check-in. Although you have been pre-registered at the hotel, you must presentyour credit card to the front desk to guarantee any incidental charges (phone calls, room service, etc).  We recommend that youdo not use a debit-type card as the hotel will place a hold on a set amount until check-out.

Since your arrival is prior to the hotel check-in time, your room may not be ready. In this case, your bags will be checked with thebell staff until your room becomes available.

Land PackageTransportation to California is not included in the tour package. The tour will begin upon your arrival at the hotel.

Bag Policy Bag Policy For all events held at Levi’s® Stadium, the following bag policy will take into effect. Any bags that arebrought inside the stadium must be in compliance with the bag policy. Bags that are not in compliance mustbe returned to the patron’s vehicle or checked at a designated bag check areas.

Levi’s® Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers from being brought into the stadium withthe following exceptions: 

Approved clear plastic bags (12” x 6” x 12”)

One gallon clear plastic zip lock type bags

Small Clutch Bag (the size of an adult hand) (4.5” x 6.5”)

Seat Cushion

Please note, the stadium bag policy will be enforced for all stadium events including concerts, matches and49ers home games, unless otherwise noted. Should you have any questions regarding the bag policy,please email [email protected].

Guests with bags or items that do not satisfy the Levi’s® Stadium Bag Policy are welcome to bring them toone of the Stadium’s complimentary, bag check-in stations. These bag check-in stations are located in frontof Intel Gate A, Dignity Health Gate C, and Toyota Gate F. The bag check-in stations close one hour after theconclusion of the event.

If you do not claim a checked item at the conclusion of an event, please send us a claim through the Lostand Found section.
