departments presentations, all sessions are conference-style. This means you choose which
sessions you want to attend during that block of time. Questions? Ask a representative from
Undergraduate Admissions!
Walk-in Housing ToursView Holshouser Hall (traditional two-person style), Hunt Hall (suites) and Levine Hall (Honors residence hall, suites and apartments) in South Village.
Information Sessions (SEE NEXT PAGE FOR SCHEDULED TIMES) Choose which sessions you would like to attend and use the “divide and conquer” approach to learn more about housing and residence life, billing and financial aid, student involvement, and other student services. Please see the detailed session schedule on the next page.
Counselor Q+A/Wrap UpAdmissions counselors are available in Room 200 in the Popp Martin Student Union to answer any questions you may have. Drop-in any time from 1:00-3:00pm.
Legacy ReceptionThis is an Alumni Association event that is invitation only for students who have a parent or grandparent that are alumni of the university.

CHHS departments presentationsLearn more about our CHHS departments with presentations by faculty/staff. You will be guided by staff to the meeting locations based on the department.
Campus Walking Tours ( every 15 minutes, 10:30am-3:00pm )Meet a Niner Guide in the piano lounge on the first floor of the Student Union. Tours run every 15 minutes and last about 30 minutes.
HONORS College walk-in hoursStop by the Honors College office in Levine Hall to speak with Student Ambassadors and staff. We highly encourage students who have been admitted into the Honors College or those who would like to learn more to drop in.

EACH SESSION LASTS 30 MINUTES
Financial Aid & BILLINGRepresentatives from Niner Central Student Services will present information on how to apply for financial aid and loans, the financial aid award process, and billing/payment options.
University Career CenterThe University Career Center serves as the central hub for students to assist them in building a strong career brand that includes career exploration, preparation, and connection to the next step in their careers. This session is about understanding the “return on investment” in attending UNC Charlotte as it relates to career success and the branding process students will go through while at the university.
Education AbroadThe Office of Education Abroad will discuss study abroad opportunities for all students attending UNC Charlotte. The session will cover various types of programs and briefly review funding opportunities. Students will have the opportunity to hear from a student who participated in a study abroad program.
Student PanelHear from current UNC Charlotte students about their experiences as a 49er. Get advice from their perspective about academics, campus life, and balancing it all. This is an interactive session, so bring your questions!
summer bridge at unc charlotteAttend this session to learn more about our University Transition Opportunities Program, a 6-week, summer residential academic experience, as well as hear from current UTOP students.
Housing & Residence LifeThe Housing and Residence Life session will highlight the benefits of living on campus and present you with information about on-campus housing options. The application and assignments process will be discussed thoroughly so that all attendees are aware of the timeline and upcoming deadlines.
Learning CommunitiesThis session will give an overview of UNC Charlotte’s Learning Communities Program, answering questions like: What exactly is a learning community (LC)? Why should I consider joining one? And which LC would best meet my needs?
Academic Success at UNC CharlotteWhat does it take not only survive but to thrive in college? Learn practical steps you can take to be a successful college student and hear about the many campus resources that are available to support your academic success at UNC Charlotte.
Student Involvement - Organizations and Activities Learn what there is to do on campus outside of the classroom! This presentation will discuss student organizations, campus events and activities, leadership opportunities, and more. Hear from current UNC Charlotte students and staff about the many benefits of getting involved on campus.
