Our team is made up of formeradmissions officers, relatableconsultants, counselors, IvyLeague wordsmith wizards, andconsultants who have beenthrough the most recent andrigorous round of getting intocollege.

We have found that in order tohave a powerful pitch touniversities, we needed tocreate a team that is made up ofdifferent backgrounds, ages, andexperience similar to admissionsoffices across the country. Our initial assessment form isvery important. After receivingthis intake form and reviewing it with our enrollment team, wewill follow up with a pairedconsultant for your child. After, we select a consultant onour team who is familiar withstudents similar to your child.This consultant tends to befresh, hip and relatable withyour child. Their zone of geniusis teenagers. It is important togive them their space to createmagic.

These consultants have recently beenthrough the latest college admissionsround, or have experience with teens andcreating transformation. All of thesesessions must be private with theconsultant in order to get the bestoutcomes, as we not only want studentsto take ownership of the process with us,but also to open up to us. If we put ahighly seasoned admissions officer whois significantly older and has not gonethrough the latest rounds of admissions,it is much harder to connect with yourteen. Trust us, we have tried this in thepast! That's why we keep them in thebackground checking all the work weeklyincluding our CEO. As we work on building the college list,the entire team reviews the list, resume,and essays. You will get a mixture of IvyLeague seasoned team members workingbehind the scene on the process. When all work is completed, ourwordsmith wizards who work as little IvyLeague word elves will edit your child'sdocuments privately. This is where ourteam goes silent. Our entire team willcheck your items multiple times beforeour consultant presents it back to yourchild for review. After it is approved, wethen give our special sauce on how tosubmit applications, letter ofrecommendation strategies, and more.

Depending on your package, these steps can becompleted in as short as 3 weeks to as long as a fewmonths. It completely depends on how fast your childturns around their drafts and availability. We recommendgetting as much done ahead of time and applying tocolleges in the early decision/early action rounds on Nov.1-Dec. 15th. Our goal is to complete this efficiently withyou, but also realize it does take time to get the bestwork. Everything is customized based on your studentand the consultant leads the way in this process. Everychild is unique and the process is customized to yourchild.

We will continue to update our online software that youcan continually login to see progress. This will be thebest way for you to stay in the loop verses asking yourteen or consultant every step of the way, as we want ourteam and your child to take ownership in this experience.

You will have access to our proprietary collegeadmissions software that will give you exactinformation regarding every school for your child andall updates that are happening with our team. Soplease use this as your way to keep up-to-date. You will also have access to ask questions to ourteam through our software as well. Please rememberwe have 3-4 people working on your child's workthrough our time together, so it is significantly betterfor us if we are able to focus on the work with yourchild directly and for us to lead the way. We know that this process can bring up anxiety andstress, and that is exactly why you hired us.
