Route : Katunayaka - Colombo Expressway, Baseline Road, New Kelani Bridge, Bandaranayaka Roundabout, Orugodawatta Junction, Dematagoda Junction, Borella Junction, Cemetery Junction, Bauddhaloka Mawatha, Thunmulla Junction, Bambalapitiya Junction, Galle Road, Kollupitiya Junction, Galleface Roundabout, Old Parliament Roundabout, Lotus Road, Bank Mawatha, Ceramic Junction, Regal Junction, Chiththampalam A Gardiner Mawatha, Slave Island.

Note : The vehicle movements of the above roads would be restricted on the

above dates for a period of 20 - 30 minutes when HOG is moving. But no road is closed permanently.

Vehicle Movements of the following roads will be restricted from 0830 hrs to 1000 hrs on 15.11.2013 for the above events.

i. Slave Island to Paasans Road - Regal Ceramic Junction ii. Ceramic Junction to York Street - Bank Mawatha Junction

iii. Old Parliament Junction to CTO Junction - Lotus Road iv. Bank Mawatha, Janadipathi (President) Mawatha v. Old Parliament Junction to Galle Road, Kullupitiya Junction

alternative roads during the period mentioned above.

i. Heavy vehicles which are proceeding in High-Level Road towards Colombo should turn in Kirulapana Junction, to Base Line Road towards Borella, Maradana, Pettah

ii. Light vehicles which are proceeding in High Level road may be occupied in Havelock Road, Thibirigasyaya Road, Mahawaththa Junction (Near Police Garage) Baseline Road, Cemetery Junction, Kinsey Road, Ward Place, Town Hall, Ibbanwala Junction, Gamini Hall, Maradana Junction, Technical Junction to Pettah.

iii. Light vehicles which are proceeding in High Level Road towards Maharagama area will be occupied in Slave Island Junction, Gangaramaya Road, Pittala Junction, Flower Road, Rajakeeya Mawatha, Reid Mawatha, Thunmulla towards Havelock Road.

iv. Heavy vehicles which are proceeding to Colombo from Galle Road will be occupied in Wellawatta W.A. Silva Mawatha, Pamankada Road, Maya Roundabout, Kirulapona, Base Line Road, Borella, Maradana towards Pettah and Colombo towards Galle direction is also on the same route.

v. Short distance busses and light vehicles which are entering Colombo from Galle Road will be occupied Bagathale Road, R.A. De Mel Mawatha (Duplication Road), Thummulla, Havelock Road, Thibirigasyaya Road, Mahawatta Junction, Baseline Road, Cemetery Roundabout, Kinsey Road, Ward Place, Town Hall, Ibbanwala Junction, Gamini Hall, Maradana, Pettah and exiting route is on the same way.

vi. Short distance busses and light vehicles which are proceeding to Galle Road from Pettah will be occupied in Maradana, Gamini Hall, Ibbanwala Junction, Union Place, Ward Place, Kinsey Road, Cemetery Junction, Baseline Road, Mahawatta Junction, Thibirigasyaya towards Galle Road

vii. 177 route busses and light vehicles which are proceeding from Kaduwela to Kollupitiya will be occupied in D.S. Junction, Cemetery Roundabout, Baseline Road, Mahawatta Junction, Thibirigasyaya, Havelock Road, Thunmulla, Bambalapitiya, Galle Road, Kollupitiya.

viii. 177 route busses which are proceeding from Kollupitiya to Kaduwela will be occupied in Sea Beach Road, Glan Arbar Road, Galle Road, Bagathale Road, Duplication Road, Bulers Road, Thunmulla, Havelock Road, Thibirigasyaya, Baseline Road, Cemetery Roundabout, D.S. Color light, Jayawardanapura Road

Vehicle Movements of the following roads will be restricted on 16.11.2013 from 0730 hrs – 0900 hrs and on 17.11.2013 from 0800 hrs to 0900 hrs.

Note : The Road users are informed to choose the following alternative

roads.

i. Heavy vehicles which are proceeding in High-Level Road towards Colombo should turn in Kirulapona Junction, to Base Line Road towards Borella, Maradana, Pettah

vi. Short distance busses and light vehicles which are proceeding to Galle Road from Pettah will be occupied in Maradana, Gamini Hall, Ibbanwala Junction, Union Place, Ward Place, Kinsey Road, Cemetery Junction, Baseline Road, Mahawatta Junction, Thibirigasyaya towards Galle Road

vii. The vehicles and 177, 175 busses which are proceeding towards Kollupity will be occupied in Pelewatta Road, Thalawathugoda Junction, Pitakotte, Pagoda Road, Nawala Road, Nawala Junction, Narahenpita, Thibirigasyaya, Thunmulla Junction, Galle Road. The exiting vehicles will be used the same route. �
