We are the world-class leading manufacturer and exporter of the finest interior textile for home and contract. Currently we export our fine decorative fabric more than 35 countries. Thanks to excellent exporting performance, we were awarded as a most promising export firm by Korean government. Being vertically structured, we produce and supply high quality interior decoration fabrics worldwide such as upholstery, drapery, sheer and wall covering fabric for home and contract use such as hotel, ships, health care, education facility, restaurant and public areas.

Our manufacturing system allows our fabric to keep functionality such as inherently Flame Retardancy Property, aesthetic properties and quality. They are truly essential for application at contract fabric industry.

Only the harmony among players can create the best quality likewise orchestra as well as creation of interior textile for home and contract use. Thanks to our mill located near a textile industrial cluster, we have a completed production facility which allows the highest levels of quality and delivery. Being vertically structured from yarn dyeing to finishing process, we run a modern Jacquard and Dobby looms which can weave from 54 inches to 118 inches width fabric. With these facilities, we manufacture wide array of dobby and jacquard fabrics for the drapery, upholstery, bedding and wall panel fabric for home and contract performance textiles such as inherently F/R fabrics.

We produce greige goods for piece dyeing as well as yarn dyed goods from totally different synthetic fibers, particularly with inherently flame-retardant materials to natural fibers such as cotton, linen or silk as well as mixed construction. Maximum monthly output amounts to approx. 0.5 million linear meters of high-quality home and contract textiles. Also we offer a reengineering, customization and design interpretation by our reengineering task force division.

With our in-house lab and associated textile test agencies, for many years we have tested the fabric which we produced and it helped our customers understand, manage and improve the quality of their fabrics. Decorama Inc. and our associated test labs can check the quality before shipment and also provide test service as follows. Yarn, Fabric, Physical Testing, Flammability Testing (NFPA 701 / BS5867), Performance Testing, Colorfastness to light (ISO Method / AATCC METHOD), Water and Oil Resistance / Absorbency and Laundering and Dry Cleaning.

Our in-house Q/C department and associated labs is responsible for quality control especially for contract textiles. So our fabric is aesthetic, artful, inspirational designs with highly durable specification that meets or exceeds stringent contract industry standards such as Flammability, Wet & Dry crocking, colorfastness to light, physical properties – pilling, braking strength, seam slippage and abrasion. It means that even 1 meter of our fabric leaving the company is in strict compliance with the quality control requirements and there is no worry about the defected products shipping.

Fibres given an additional flame protection finish (right) can lose the protection as a result of wear, age or frequent washing. Flame retardant fibres (left) are inherently flame retardant. For this reason materials made from these fibres and filament yarns are likewise permanently flame retardant.This is an important argument from the ecological aspect as well. Apart from their environmentally friendly manufacture materials require no additional fire protection treatment, such as normally combustible materials need. Treatments of this kind are harmful to the environment. Flame retardant fibres and filaments are, furthermore, certified to Oekotex 100 Standard. In comparative terms only very slight amounts of toxic fumes develop in the event of a fire. This is particularly important, since in a fire the danger of suffocation from smoke fumes is greater than the risk of injury from flames. During manufacture of the fiber, a proprietary organic phosphorus compound is incorporated into the polyester polymer. The result is Inherent FR with a lower melting point than regular polyester. This makes it difficult for combustion to take place as the fiber melts and shrinks away from flames. The phosphorus component prevents melting drips from occurring and prevents further burning by self extinguishing. Combustion gases from inherent FR fabrics are similar to regular polyester and are composed primarily of carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2) and water vapor, as well as small quantities of organic compounds which contain primarily aldehyde and keto groups. Gases such as hydrochloric acid (HCI), dioxins, hydrogen cyanide (HCN), nitrous oxides (NO) or sulfur dioxides (SO2) are not present. The inherent FR polymer contains no brominated compounds.In order to preserve the inherent flame retardant characteristics of IFR fabrics, it is essential to refuse any additional treatments or finishes as it may affect or alter the fabric’s inherent flame retardant characteristics, quality and color. The molecular structure of the fibers of our inherently flame retardant textile has been engineered to provide the required flame retardant characteristics. Our IFR fabric therefore provides purchasers, interior designers and architects with a guarantee that the fabric they are buying meets the highest flame retardant standards in force in any country.

We produce our IFR fabrics using inherently flame retardant fiber.The major requirements of an inherently flame retardant textile yarn is to prevent flames or fire on the fabric from spreading quickly. Unlike fabrics that receive a surface treatment at a later stage, our IFR fabrics offer long-term security regardless of number of washings. This small but decisive difference results from the chemical structure of the polyester fibre. In the shape of a comonomer – a phosphor-organic compound, where the flame retardant properties are firmly anchored in the fibre. It is not possible for external influences to affect them.

Carbon offsetting is the process of reducing the net carbon emissions of an individual or organization, either by their own actions, or through arrangements with a carbon-offset provider. A carbon offset provider, achieves net reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through proxies who reduce their emissions or increase their absorption of greenhouse gases.
