COMARCHOSS MEDIATION
Comarch OSS Mediation provides integration of the physical
infrastructure of the network (NE or NMS) with Comarch OSS Suite.
The flexibility of business rule definition and the wealth of available
interface and protocol adapters enables mediation solutions built
on Comarch OSS Mediation to support true cross-domain and
cross-discipline operations: service provisioning and monitoring, fault,
performance, configuration, reconciliation and auto-discovery.
FUNCTIONALITIES
Comarch OSS Mediation solution provides possibilities to reduce network complexity while keeping the service and customer base intact. The system’s capabilities include:
n Business rules-oriented logic to support solution flexibility when confronting different data models, communication interfaces and interaction schemas

Comarch Mediation provides a comprehensive set of modules and ready-to-use functions to facilitate quick and straightforward construction of the mediation process. These modules and functions include:
n A wide range of interface and protocol adapters
n Dedicated mediation logic optimized for OSS operations
n A flexible and configurable engine that can be quickly modified and adapted to changing environments
n The ability for a user of Comarch OSS Mediation, based on the common mediation framework, to quickly define, implement and deploy the required mediation solution through configuration rather than coding. Comarch OSS Mediation comes with a rich set of support systems and protocols.
Comarch OSS Mediation can be used with several OSS modules covering complete FCAPS operations:
n Fault Management – synchronous and asynchronous alarm management and synchronization after connectivity loss
n Performance Management – performance data acquisition
n Enables provisioning and configuration of network devices as well as network reconciliation process
n Provides additional functionalities: heartbeat, connection status verification and data pre-correlation and pre-filtration functions
