People's Choice Smokin' Bulldogs Trophy
Meet Some of Our Cook TeamsPork Bu� and Chicken Legs was started in 2010 with
their first compe��on beingin September of that sameyear. This will be their 8thcompe��on. The team in thisshort �me has garnered anumber of top 10 finishes in
all the different categories including a 1st place inpork and has also finished in the top 10 overall mul�-ple �mes. The team is comprised of Pork Bu�,Chicken Legs, their wives and their 5 children rangingin age from 9 years to 4 months old. Both Pork Bu�and Chicken Legs bought their 1st smokers 4 yearsago and have been cooking BBQ since, con�nuouslystriving to learn and improve their BBQ.
Que and a Half MenQue and a Half Men Compe��onBBQ Team is a new team to theBBQ circuit for 2012. Late in Au-gust 2011, Bill Minahan, MichaelMacInnis, and Michael “Mauler”Gilpin joined together and com-peted under MacInnis and Gilpin’s old team name“Birds of a Feather”. Through those three events, theylearned how to work together and began working ontheir winning recipes.
The Smokin' Hoggz BBQCompe��on Team wasstarted in 2008. A�er a num-ber of years of going to com-pe��ons, tweaking ourrecipes and tes�ng them on
our friends and family, it all came together in 2011.2011 was banner year for the Smokin' Hoggz. Feeding Friendz is from Deer-field, NH. They started com-pe�ng in 2005 with a teamconsis�ng of Tim and WendyBoucher and Becky and AndyBarton. 2010 and 2011 havebeen their best years so
