GENERAL CONDITIONS

DELIVERY.

The delivery periods vary with the order’s size (number of systems ordered ). Actually, in average, a maximum 4 weeks period is guaranteed. However for more than 10 systems, delivery is 6 weeks. For an order of more than 20 systems, please consult us.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS.

100 % by swift transfer upon good receipt.

GUARANTEE.

Guarantee is one year long and includes: parts replacement and manpower. However, guarantee does not cover improper equipment use. Guaranteed TAT (repairs): 10 working days.

OTHER CONDITIONS.

Equipment is supported by a comprehensive documentation (User Manual).

OFFER VALIDITY.

The present offer, including the exceptional discount granted, will remain valid up to 30th April 2010. After this date, GLOBALSYS could change the conditions of the present offer.
