ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSALS
Theacquisitionofrealestatebyapurchaserveryoftenrepresentsafundamentalimplementationstepinarealestateventure’slifecycle.Conversely,foraseller,thedisposalofrealestaterepresentsthefinalchapterintheseller’srealestateventureinrespectofthatproperty.Bothsellerandpurchaserhaveimportantinterestswhichrequiresafeguarding.

DEVELOPMENT
Thedevelopmentofrealestaterepresentsthephase,inthelifecycleofarealestateventurethatposesthegreatestrisktodevelopers.Successfulrealestatedevelopmentsneedtobeimplementedaccordingtotimetables(whichareoftentight)andbudgets(whichoftenhavesmallmargins).
