services provided• A Purchase order must be received

prior to any repairs by contacting 800-621-2001.

• Perform the services to the vehicle that have been authorized by Emkay. Any addition or reduction in the services performed requires contacting Emkay to update the PO amount.

• Obtain the following information - as required by Emkay for entry into the Ford Commercial Service Solution (CSS):

- RO Number - Date of Service - VIN - License Plate Number - License State - Mileage - PO Number - Fleet ID (assigned by the FMC) - Unit Number

• Contact Wheels at 800-477-2211 to get a purchase order for the work that needs performed.

• Perform the services to the vehicle that have been authorized by Wheels. Any addition or reduction in the services performed requires contacting Wheels to update the PO amount.

• Obtain the following information - as required by Wheels for entry into the Ford Commercial Service Solution (CSS):

• Obtain the following information - as required by LeasePlan/Network for entry into the Ford Commercial Service Solution (CSS):

- RO Number - Date of Service - VIN - License Plate Number - License State - Mileage - PO Number - Fleet ID (assigned by the FMC) - Unit Number - Driver Name

3 Enter business information as a “new customer” and select Automotive Dealer, Service, Ford, Dealer P&A

4 Enter dealership information

1 Go to:www.OEConnection.com/login.aspx

2 Click on “enroll” at the top of the page Note: if a dealership has a Quick Lane, it will

automatically be included in CSS

6 Read and agree to the Fleet Management Company Terms & Conditions
